Who we are

myko.design is operated by Mykolas Tikuisis, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. For the purposes of data protection law, Mykolas Tikuisis is the data controller for any personal data collected through this site.

What we collect

The only personal data collected on this site comes from the enquiry form: your name, email address, message, and — depending on which option you select — a project type, website URL, focus area, and/or budget range.

This site does not use analytics or tracking cookies. The only data stored in your browser is a small, non-personal preference for light/dark theme and animation settings, which is never sent to us and doesn't require consent.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry. By submitting the form, you consent to being contacted about it.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered using Web3Forms, a third-party form processing service. If you choose to book a call via the Calendly link, Calendly's own privacy policy and cookies apply to that separate site.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond to and resolve your enquiry — typically no more than 12 months, or longer if it leads to an ongoing project or contract.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the personal data we hold about you, to object to its processing, and to request it in a portable format. You can also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
